Good customer service
I ordered according to the times listed on the website for delivery along with an email that I received to receive the items before Christmas. Once the order was placed and the logos were approved (quickly with some small changes) the date quickly got pushed out to not deliver on time. I spoke to a few people and they made it happen. I appreciated all the good customer service I received when this became an issue.
