Good for all
Great material and holds up well. Our team members liked both the men's and women's versions of this Eddie Bauer jacket. The women's jacket is a little tight at the bottom for a few ladies.

Great Coat! Runs VERY small!
The coat is a great quality and the embroidery coloring was absolutely beautiful however the coat runs extremely small. I have many Eddie Bauer jackets and have never experienced size a size discrepancy. Not only is it really tight in the chest it is also tight on many of the women in our office's waist/thigh as well.

ORDER A SIZE LARGER
I didn’t realize the jacket size ran small. I usually wear the same size in all jackets. I did spend a pretty penny on it but I won’t be able to wear it. Oh well...next time I will have to order a larger size.
