Embroidery process was a DISASTER
Once order was placed it look over 1 month to finally approve our logo... we have order several times previously and Merchology recently changed thread colors so our logo needed to be redone. Logo was redone at least 10 times with new colors to find a match and still looks terrible and nothing like our actual logo... each time I would ask for changes to be made to the logo it would take over a day to process and remake the mock up... it was all done through email process ... I tried desperately to call and speak to someone over the phone to explain what I was looking for but that one on one person contact is clearly not how they prefer to operate . Some mock up I would explain exactly what order and thread colors I would want they were mixed up when the mock up came through. We just recently placed another order and have done it at a local shop I refuse to go though this process again. Now that we finally have the jackets there have been issues with zippers one of the jackets has a hole in the pocket . Disappointed!!!!
